Refunds and Returns

Only items purchased from the Le RF website (lerougefrancais.com) may be returned to Le RF for a refund or exchange. Items purchased from a department store, retailer or any other point of sale must be returned to the original place of purchase.

If you purchased the wrong Product on our website, Le RF will exchange it for the Product you intended to purchase. The returned Product must be unopened and in perfect resale condition. Shipping and return costs are at your expense.

If the use of one of our Products has caused skin irritation, you may exchange the Product or request a refund.

Products must be returned to the company. Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer. In France, shipping costs will be charged if a partial refund of the original order reduces the total value of the order below the threshold required to qualify for free delivery.

If an item is damaged during transit between Le RF and the delivery address, it will be exchanged or refunded by Le RF. Return shipping costs will be reimbursed if the Products delivered do not comply with the Order, if the Products are damaged during transit, or if they are defective.

In all cases, original proof of purchase must be provided and the Products must be returned within 14 days of receipt of the order in order for Le RF to process any refund or exchange. Please email contact@lerougefrancais.com before returning a Product so that our team can assist you with the return process. We recommend keeping the receipt provided by the carrier until you have confirmation that your parcel has been received by Le RF. We may ask you to provide this receipt if we do not receive your parcel.

We will endeavour to process your return within 10 business days of receipt. Any refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
