Titanium dioxide, or TiO2, is still permitted as a cosmetic ingredient in its micro-particle form – particle size larger than nano-particle. Titanium dioxide has been banned from the food industry since January 1, 2020, due to a proven carcinogenic risk. As women ingest an average of 4 kg of lipstick in a lifetime, we have chosen to remove it from all our formulas to guarantee you absolute safety.

It adds color without outlining the lips, and can be easily applied with a finger for a blurred effect or with a brush for more precision. Lipstick, on the other hand, defines the lips more and requires more careful application for a clean line.
